The .50 caliber machine guns in my kit were unusable. The mold was misaligned when the parts were cast leaving mold marks on the gun barrels.  When this was cleaned up, it left them looking oval and distorted.  So I knew from the very start of this kit that I would have to build or buy replacements. 

I got what I was looking for in the two plastic kits I had to detail my Crockett. 

I also got a weapons set for the ammo boxes and to use one of the .50 cal in a torn down condition.
