Make
sure that there are no warps, twists or bends in your
building board! I used a metal yardstick to check
my board.
Lay the yardstick across the board in several locations
to verify that it is straight. IF THERE ARE
ANY WARPS, TWISTS OR BENDS IN YOUR BOARD, YOU WILL BUILD THE
SAME BEND, TWIST OR WARP INTO YOUR HULL! Do not
use the building board if it is not straight.
After you have determined that your board is straight, now draw a
longitudinal line down the center of your building
board, then draw a series of lines perpendicular to the
centerline every 2" along the centerline. |
