Before starting to build the framework, layout the plans
and the die cut plywood sheets, and mark each part with
its proper number using the parts locator drawings on
the plans for reference. Use a pencil to
mark each part.
As each part is needed, remove them from the sheets and save the excess
sheet material. Other small "detail" items will be
made from this extra wood.
Remove S-1 & S-2, K-1 & K-2 and frames 1 through 14 and set them aside.
There is no real "simple" way of removing the parts if they have
not been die
cut through the entire sheet. This is where you
will have to use your hobby knife and
cut out
the
parts. This process is time consuming, but take
your time and cut carefully.
Even with the kits I build, I have to take the
time to cut some parts out. Again, take your time
and cut carefully.
