Cement E-3 to E-1/2.

Cement both E-4's to the top of E-3 and E-2.

Block sand the funnel frame work then plank with balsa strips (1/8 x 1/4). Note that the planks must be tapered to lay properly on the frame. It is best to start planking with a plank capping each end of E-2 and E-3, then fill in the remaining spaces with tapered planks.

Trace the top of the planked funnel on to the ¼" balsa provided. Cut out the cap and cement in place. Sand the cap to the shape shown in the drawing.
