Sand the superstructure smooth and round off
the corners.
Roger's Notes: Take note!
The kit instructions tell you to sand off all corners. This is incorrect.
The rear lower cabin sides should remain crisp. These can be sanded after the
after stores have been added.

With the cabin on the bench add the
after stores structures on the rear of the lower cabin (parts A-1 - A-7). Round off all
upper outer corners. The corners around A-6 should remain crisp.
Roger's Notes: Now that the
after stores have been added, sand the corners. Remember to leave the corners around
A-6 crisp. The cabin should look like the one in the picture.

Place the superstructure back on the hull.
Trace the outline of the after stores on to the deck then cut away the deck so that the
cabin can seat fully.

Roger's
Notes: Take your time when you cut the deck. I used a Dremel® tool for this
step.

Draw 2 lines parallel to the center seam of
the deck from the breakwater baseline aft about 2 inches. These lines should be 11/1611 to
either side of the center seam. They will be used to locate F2.

Cement the breakwater, F-I to the deck. The
bottom of F-I should line up on the breakwater base line creased in the deck.

Assemble the breakwater storage areas from F2, F3 and F4.
Line up F2's on the lines you drew 11/16" to both sides of the center seam.
Roger's Notes: That basically
concludes the construction of the cabin. If you want to add some extra items, follow
the "EXTRAS" link.
