Cement the balsa B-2 atop B-1. The rear edges
of B-2 should be flush with B-1's rear edges. The front and side of B-2 should over hang
the windows and windscreen.

Fit the upper cabin sides to the hull. Note
that the upper cabin side must be cut away slightly in front to clear B-1 and B-2.

Place the 1/16 ply upper cabin top on the
superstructure and draw a line across it above C-1. Using a sanding block taper the top of
the upper cabin top from C-1 to the front edge. The top should be 1/16" thick at C-1
and paper thin at the front. Cement the upper cabin top in place.

Cement the upper cabin top in place.

Roger's Notes: The 1/16"
ply will take some time to shape.

Roger's Notes: This shows you the upper cabin sides
attached. Note the gap in the cabin top. This is where the balsa piece goes.

Cement the 1/16 x-1/8 spruce trim strips to the top of the
upper cabin.

Fit and cement both B-3's in place.
