This model mostly uses basswood and lite ply.  These parts where die cut and fall from their sheets with little or no effort needed.  Although I use a knife to aide the removal of die cut wood parts with other kits, not with this kit.  The parts where cleanly cut through and aligned with other die cut parts precisely.    

  The hull was constructed first by building the keel.  The 5/16" basswood keel parts where cleanly cut and fit to together with easily.  Bulkheads where constructed with die cut parts parts.  These parts then where assembled together with the keel and the sub-cockpit.  This assembly fit together easily.
